Kingdom Disciple is a Christian ministry, discipleship, educational, and publishing initiative operated by Elevate Miami Church (“Kingdom Disciple,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Kingdom Disciple websites, newsletters, products, memberships, subscriptions, programs, events, and services, whether offered currently or introduced in the future.By accessing our services, registering, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the specific conditions disclosed for the applicable offering. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
These Terms apply to all Kingdom Disciple offerings, including:
Free and paid newsletters, devotionals, and publications
Ebooks, audiobooks, digital downloads, workbooks, and resource bundles
Physical books, merchandise, and printed materials
Online courses, workshops, webinars, and educational programs
Premium, Mastery, and other recurring memberships
Coaching, mentoring, consulting, and other services
Conferences, events, retreats, and live or virtual gatherings
Promotional offers, bonuses, and product packages
Affiliate recommendations and third-party products
These Terms also apply to future offerings unless separate written terms are expressly provided.
Purchasers must be at least 18 years old or have appropriate parental or guardian authorization where legally permitted.You agree to provide accurate registration, billing, and contact information and to protect your account credentials.Accounts and paid access are personal and may not be transferred or shared without authorization.We may suspend access for fraud, unlawful conduct, or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Kingdom Disciple may offer free newsletters, devotionals, educational materials, and promotional resources.You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.Unsubscribing from emails does not automatically cancel a paid membership or recurring subscription.
Kingdom Disciple may offer recurring memberships and subscriptions, including Premium, Mastery, and future programs.The applicable checkout will disclose the subscription price, billing frequency, trial terms, included benefits, and renewal conditions.Automatic RenewalSubscriptions renew automatically only when you have affirmatively authorized recurring billing.Your payment method will be charged at the disclosed frequency until cancellation.Any free or discounted trial that converts to a paid subscription will be accompanied by clear advance disclosures and the authorization required by applicable law.CancellationYou may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation method provided in your account or billing communications, or by emailing [email protected].Cancellation will stop future recurring charges once effective under the disclosed terms and applicable law.Unless otherwise stated or legally required, cancellation does not automatically refund a billing period that has already begun. Access may continue through the end of the paid period.We will provide any additional cancellation mechanism, confirmation, or notice required by applicable law.
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.Payments are processed through authorized third-party providers.Digital products may be delivered through email, download links, membership portals, or other electronic systems.Physical products may be shipped through third-party fulfillment providers.You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.Product-specific terms, including shipping charges, recurring billing, access duration, and any applicable exceptions, will be disclosed before purchase.
Kingdom Disciple strives to provide clear product descriptions, transparent purchase conditions, and reliable delivery of its products and services.Because our offerings include immediately accessible digital intellectual property, educational programs, physical goods, memberships, and services, refund eligibility varies by purchase type.All purchases are final and nonrefundable unless a different refund or cancellation policy is expressly stated at checkout or a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.This general policy applies to current and future Kingdom Disciple offerings, subject to the specific provisions below.
Digital products include ebooks, audiobooks, downloadable workbooks, action plans, recordings, templates, courses, teaching materials, resource libraries, and digital bundles.All sales of digital products are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law or where a different policy is expressly offered.This includes the $37 Digital Hope Experience and other current or future digital bundles.Because digital materials may be accessed, downloaded, copied, or retained after delivery, refunds are not ordinarily provided for:
Changes of mind after purchase
Failure to use or complete purchased materials
Personal dissatisfaction with content
Purchasing a product by mistake where no legal refund right applies
Failure to review the product description before purchase
If a purchased digital product is not delivered, cannot be accessed because of a problem within our control, or is materially different from what was advertised, please contact us. We will investigate and provide appropriate assistance, replacement access, correction, or a legally required remedy.The applicable final-sale disclosure will be presented before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, purchases of online courses, recorded workshops, training programs, and educational resources are final and nonrefundable once access has been provided.For future courses or programs with delayed access, live components, or installment payments, additional enrollment, cancellation, or refund conditions may be disclosed before purchase.If Kingdom Disciple cancels a paid program without providing the purchased service or a suitable agreed alternative, we will offer an appropriate refund or other remedy as required by law and the applicable purchase agreement.
Membership fees are generally nonrefundable for billing periods that have already begun, except where required by law or expressly stated in the subscription offer.Members may cancel future renewals at any time through the available cancellation process.Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for unused membership time, missed live sessions, or content that a member chooses not to access.Where required by law, we will provide prorated refunds, additional cancellation rights, or other remedies.If Kingdom Disciple permanently discontinues a paid subscription service before the end of a prepaid access period, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a prorated refund.
Physical products include printed books, workbooks, study materials, merchandise, and future tangible products.Unless a different return policy is displayed at checkout, physical-product sales are final, except where a return, replacement, refund, or other remedy is required by applicable law.Customers should contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered.We may request photographs, order details, or other reasonable documentation to investigate the issue.Where appropriate, we may arrange replacement, correction, or refund in accordance with applicable law.Shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or otherwise stated.Shipping timelines and any special return conditions will be disclosed when applicable.
For future coaching, mentoring, consulting, or other professional or educational services, the applicable purchase agreement may specify scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation deadlines, payment obligations, and refund conditions.Unless otherwise stated before purchase, fees for completed services are nonrefundable, subject to applicable law.For services not yet performed, any refund or cancellation entitlement will depend on the disclosed agreement and applicable law.If Kingdom Disciple is unable to provide a purchased service, we will offer an appropriate remedy.
Paid events, conferences, retreats, and live programs may have separate registration, transfer, cancellation, and refund policies.These conditions will be disclosed at registration or checkout.Unless otherwise stated, event registrations are final and nonrefundable, except as required by applicable law.If Kingdom Disciple cancels an event, attendees will receive the refund or other remedy required by law and the applicable event terms.Additional conditions may apply to travel, lodging, third-party venues, and independently purchased services.
Products sold as part of a promotional package or bundle are treated as a single purchase unless otherwise specified.Free bonuses, promotional gifts, and complimentary resources do not ordinarily carry an independent cash refund value.Where a bundle includes both digital and physical components, any applicable refund or remedy will be determined by the specific circumstances, disclosed purchase terms, and applicable law.A promotional or limited-time price does not create a separate refund entitlement unless expressly stated or required by law.
Products or services purchased from independent third-party vendors through Kingdom Disciple affiliate links are generally governed by the seller's own terms, refund policies, and cancellation procedures.Kingdom Disciple does not ordinarily process refunds or cancellations for purchases made directly with independent affiliate partners.Customers should contact the applicable seller for assistance, without limiting any rights or responsibilities imposed by law.
If you believe you were charged twice, billed incorrectly, or charged without authorization, contact [email protected] with the relevant transaction details.We will investigate reported billing errors and provide corrections or refunds where appropriate or legally required.Nothing in this policy restricts your lawful rights to dispute unauthorized or erroneous charges with your payment provider.

Kingdom Disciple content, including books, workbooks, recordings, graphics, videos, courses, and other original materials, is owned by Elevate Miami Church or used under license unless otherwise indicated.Purchases generally provide a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for private educational and devotional use.You may not unlawfully reproduce, resell, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected materials.Nothing in these Terms restricts legally protected fair use or other statutory exceptions.
Kingdom Disciple may recommend third-party books, software, courses, services, and other products.Some recommendations may generate affiliate commissions or other compensation for Elevate Miami Church.Material affiliate relationships will be disclosed where required by law.Third-party products may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
Kingdom Disciple provides Christian teaching, spiritual encouragement, biblical education, and discipleship resources.Our materials do not replace licensed medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or individualized financial advice.We do not guarantee specific spiritual experiences, healings, financial outcomes, business results, or personal transformations.Individual results and experiences vary.
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee equivalent outcomes.Participants in live sessions, events, or online communities must communicate respectfully and avoid harassment, unlawful activity, and unauthorized disclosure of others' private information.Where sessions are recorded, appropriate notice will be provided.
We strive to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of websites, payment systems, email delivery, or third-party platforms.Users may not engage in fraud, unauthorized access, unlawful redistribution of content, malware distribution, or interference with our systems.Material violations may result in suspension or termination, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, our services are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees beyond those expressly stated or legally required.Elevate Miami Church does not guarantee uninterrupted access or particular outcomes from educational and spiritual materials.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Miami Church is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where mandatory laws require otherwise.Disputes are subject to courts with appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, product, or legal changes.Material changes will be communicated when required by law.Updates will not retroactively remove nonwaivable rights or change recurring payment obligations without required notice or consent.
If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
